We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide information about products and services, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Youll be the voice of the company, so a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or resolve ongoing issues
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Document customer interactions using CRM software
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Meet individual and team performance goals for customer satisfaction and call handling
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call scripts as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (associates or bachelors degree preferred)
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and phone systems
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
A quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access
