We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Call Center Representative to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to promote products and services
- Assist customers with past due collections
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift
