Key Responsibilities - Receive and manage incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our database.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communication or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently without compromising service quality.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM platforms
