Key Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our database.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions and recommendations.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communication or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently without compromising service quality.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM platforms
