Job Summary We are looking for individual to join our client's team as a Call Center Representative. You will be responsible for handling calls related to patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general hospital services.
Job Description - Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
- Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
- Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
- Other assignment as necessary.
- Extensive phone experience and computer literate.
Skills Required - 1 year experience of Call Center and Bilingual (facility specific).
- Payroll and Timekeeping experience required
- Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applications including word, Excel and outlook.
Education/Training/Certifications - Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
Additional Requirements - Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
