What You'll Do:
- Be the voice of the credit union-answer calls, resolve issues, and WOW our members
- Recommend products and services that make life easier and finances stronger
- Take loan applications over the phone
- Track your wins-cross-sell successes, great conversations, member smiles
- Keep things accurate, efficient, and organized
Who You Are:
- A natural communicator who loves helping people
- Calm under pressure and energized by a fast-paced day
- Detail-obsessed, goal-oriented, and tech-comfortable
- Experienced (1-3 years in customer service, banking, or similar)
- High school grad (or equivalent)
