LHH is hiring a Remote Part Time Call Center Representative for a growing organization. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about available services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer high-volume incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about available services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Document and update customer records in the system.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a high-volume Call Center environment.
- Must be able to provide your own laptop.
