Hiring now for a full time Call Center Representative. Call Center Reps complete customer service tasks that ensure customers have the information and assistance they need. They often have the following responsibilities:
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations over the phone
- Review callers insurance to make informed decisions on callers best interest
- Review customer or patient accounts providing updates and information on billing
- Work to keep all documentation up to date in company records
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
Requirements
- A High School Education/GED
- 2 years experience with Medical billing or comparable education
