- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST (hybrid after training)
- 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST (hybrid after training)
- 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST (hybrid after training)
- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST (hybrid after training)
- 11:30 AM - 8 PM (remote after training)
Do you excel in a call center environment? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Support Representatives for a confidential client in Louisville, KY. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Support: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, including order taking, verifying prescriptions, and addressing "where's my package" inquiries.
- Outbound Support: Manage outbound calls for prescription refills, coordinating with doctors' offices, and handling electronic patient cues and lab calls.
- Call Handling: Maintain a KPI of 12 calls per hour or more, with an average of 5 minutes per call for system setup and note-taking.
- Secondary Tasks: Utilize downtime between calls for additional tasks as assigned.
- Training: Receive comprehensive training on proprietary systems as well as Salesforce and Prime.
Qualifications:
- Prior, recent call center experience is required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or healthcare-related role is preferred.
