We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide support with inquiries, issues, and complaints.
  • Offer solutions in a clear, concise, and friendly manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to meet performance goals.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high standards of customer service.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and solve problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required.
