The Details:
Orientation Date: Thursday, May 29, 2025, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm CT
Training Begins: Monday, June 2, 2025
- Successful candidates will complete a 2-week paid training class
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm CT
- Training completed on-site in our call center
- After successfully completing training, you'll have the opportunity to work 25-40 hours per week, with flexible part-time options available
- If you have open availability, enjoy the possibility of working from home
- Contract end date: August 31, 2025
- Our hours of operation are 7 AM - 12 AM, 7 days a week
- Office Location: Kenosha, WI
- The rate of pay is starting at: $15.75/hour
What You'll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer service over the phone
- Help customers with reservations and inquiries
- Communicate clearly, think on your feet, and solve problems with empathy and professionalism
- Use computer systems and learn new software quickly
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus, but not required)
- Friendly, patient, and tactful communicator
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn
- Attentive, empathetic, and solution-focused
