The Call Center Representative will work with patients to schedule office visits with providers, verify insurance information and patient demographics, and have in-depth conversations to answer questions and ensure quality customer service. The ideal candidate is comfortable being on the phone consistently and abiding by a rigid schedule (set times for lunch and breaks throughout the day)

- Answer high-volume of inbound calls from patients
- Listen to patient needs / concerns and provide accurate information
- Schedule patients for visits with healthcare providers
- Review patient accounts and update records with insurance and demographic information
Requirements:
• High school diploma
• Prior experience working in a call center environment
• Abide by strict confidentiality standards
• General computer skills
• Familiarity with insurance policies
• Experience working in EMR, Genesis, or other healthcare scheduling tool valuable but not required
