About the Role: We're looking for passionate individuals who are eager to help others by providing thorough solutions for healthcare-related inquiries. While experience in a call center is a plus, it is not mandatory.
Key Information: - The operating hours are from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm EST, Monday to Saturday.
- The pay rate is $16.00 per hour.
- Training will span 7 weeks in a classroom setting followed by 2 weeks of practical experience, and attendance is mandatory.
- Paid time off starts accruing after 180 days of employment.

- You'll learn to navigate 15-20 systems while averaging 30-40 calls per day.
Responsibilities: - Manage a large volume of incoming calls concerning benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, claims, and more.
- Clearly explain Medicare Part D and/or Part C Medicare Advantage Programs while addressing all questions related to the programs.
- Actively listen to understand customers' needs and respond effectively, including necessary follow-ups.
- Strive for one-call resolution by addressing all aspects of the members' issues and questions.
- Navigate members' plan benefits and review client policies while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Utilize multiple client systems to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements: - High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
- Complete a customer service assessment and typing test successfully.
- 100% attendance is required during a mandatory paid training program.
- A successful background check is necessary for this role.
Equipment and Workspace: - We provide all necessary equipment including computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, Ethernet cord, and power cables.
- A reliable home internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed is required.
- Must connect your computer directly to the modem via Ethernet; satellite and wireless connections are not acceptable.
- Workspace must be quiet, distraction-free, and clutter-free, with no one allowed in during work hours.
