This is a remote, work-at-home position, based in the US

Responsibilities:

Uses professional communication etiquette and listening skills to answer a variety of inbound sales calls, effectively and compassionately guiding customers and scheduling appointments.

Communicates appropriately in both a scripted and non-scripted environment, with the ability to have an impromptu and authentic conversation that builds rapport by focusing on each customer's specific needs.

Provides solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call (applying persuasion techniques to influence as appropriate) always presenting the most accurate product and service information.

Maintains professional composure when actively asking customers for the sale

Enters data into the system in real-time, editing for accuracy during the call.

Responding to incoming e-mail correspondence in an articulate and comprehensible manner that enhances the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

2 - 4 years of Call Center experience in - Sales, Customer Service, Collections or Telemarketing

An upbeat personality that is driven for success

Demonstrates a high level of integrity by doing the right thing every time

The ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers while using a pleasant voice and maintaining composure

The ability to persuade and educate customers on the benefits of Legacy products while closing the sale and scheduling their appointment

Knowledge of computer and telephone systems - Microsoft and CRM

Advanced level of Spanish- preferred but not required

The ability to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner

Be receptive to constant coaching and feedback

Must be results and goal-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Hours:

Hourly wage: $15/hour, plus commission and bonuses

Work schedule: Monday through Friday 9.30 am through 6pm CST

High-Speed Internet (minimum requirement 100 Mbps download)

Windows Operating System

i5 computer processor (i7 preferred) with 8GB of ram (12gm preferred)

Printer/Scanner

Computer or Laptop with a camera and speakers

USB Headset

2nd Monitor

$15 - $20 an hour
