Location: Work from Home (EST Time Zone)

Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift (Training from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

Pay: $20 to $22 per hour

Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home position requiring your own equipment. You must be comfortable working in the EST time zone.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Achieve and exceed call center quotas.
  • Utilize strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of high-volume call center experience.
  • Must have a personal laptop or desktop computer (NO CHROMEBOOKS).
  • Strong track record of achieving quotas.
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
Training:
  • Training will be conducted from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Additional Information:
  • After training, you can choose your working hours within the 1st or 2nd shift.
