Call Center Representative Company: LHH Recruitment Solutions
Location: Work from Home (EST Time Zone)
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift (Training from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Pay: $20 to $22 per hour
Type: Contract
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a work-from-home position requiring your own equipment. You must be comfortable working in the EST time zone.
Responsibilities: - Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Achieve and exceed call center quotas.
- Utilize strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of high-volume call center experience.
- Must have a personal laptop or desktop computer (NO CHROMEBOOKS).
- Strong track record of achieving quotas.
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Positive attitude and team player.
Training: - Training will be conducted from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Additional Information: - After training, you can choose your working hours within the 1st or 2nd shift.
