Location: fully onsite in Buffalo, NY
A large client of ours, a financial consulting firm, is looking to add Call Center Representatives to their team. The position is open due to growth within the organization. This position is fully onsite in Buffalo, NY and candidates must be able to start ASAP. Compensation is $21.98/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to clients regarding outstanding loan payments
- Provide financial support to clients via phone and email correspondence
