Job DescriptionJob Description: Sharpcontra is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our Boston-based team. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
