Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by the company.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the database.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any further concerns.
- Assist with training new team members, sharing best practices and company policies.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
