1st Community Credit Union is seeking a Call Center Representative (CCR) I to join our team at our West Salem location. This is a full-time onsite position and a great opportunity for someone with financial experience who is passionate about helping others and ready to grow their career in a supportive, member-focused environment. As a Call Center Representative I, you'll be the first point of contact for our members by phone, providing personalized service and support. From handling account questions to processing transactions, your role is essential in maintaining the high level of service that defines 1st CCU. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to recommend solutions that benefit our members. This position requires you to maintain knowledge of and compliance with credit union policies and procedures. At least 1 year of experience in a financial institution required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve efficiently and effectively. Must be available to work onside at our West Salem Branch. As a full-time Call Center Representative I with 1st Community Credit Union you are eligible for our health, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and cancer benefits. In addition, we have a 401K plan in which 1st Community Credit Union sets aside 3% of your gross wage regardless of your contribution (eligibility does apply).
