Call Center Representative
Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Call Center Representative
Work location: 612 East Lamar Blvd - 8th Floor Arlington, Texas 76011
Work environment: Remote within the Dallas/Fort Worth area
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday, (730am - 5:30pm)

Here's What You Will Need
High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
One year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a Contact Center environment (REQUIRED)
One year of experience in a healthcare environment (PREFERRED)
EPIC Certification upon hire (PREFERRED)
What You Will Do
Answer customer calls/contacts to meet service level goals
Provide quality customer service through effective communications skills and use of department software systems for call/contact processing (includes appointment setting)
Continuously builds on knowledge base of THR hospital services, programs and marketing activities and strives to provide added value to each customer contact
