Pay: $12.00/hour
Shift Details:
- Regular Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM & 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Training Schedule (3 weeks): 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM & 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM (Sunday-Saturday)
As a Call Center Operator, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in managing communications. Your responsibilities include answering and routing calls via the switchboard, assessing emergency situations , documenting customer interactions accurately, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication flow.
Who We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of call center or customer service experience Excellent communication, typing, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude
