Shift Details - Working Hours 12:30 PM - 9 PM & 5 AM - 1 PM (Must be able to work both shifts)
- Training Hours 12:30 PM - 9 P & 6:45 AM - 3 PM (Sunday - Saturday) for 3 weeks
- Pay $12 per hour
What We're Looking For: We want a detail-oriented powerhouse with at least 2 years of experience. If you have exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, outstanding typing skills, and Excel proficiency, we want to hear from you.
Role Responsibilities: As a Call Center Operator, you'll be the frontline hero for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service
- Fielding calls and assessing emergencies using our switchboard
- Engaging with customers and documenting essential notes
- Coordinating information and expanding your knowledge as you go along
