Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Call Center Operator to join their client's team in California. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for assisting customers in a professional and supportive environment. The Call Center Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient call center operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall call center objectives.
- Adapt to various customer situations and offer suitable solutions.
- Ensure all communications align with company standards and policies.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the call center processes.
- Maintain a professional and polite demeanor at all times.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Required Work Hours
Monday -Friday
8am-5pm
Max Pay: $21 per hour
Min Pay: $21 per hour
