Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall call center objectives.
  • Adapt to various customer situations and offer suitable solutions.
  • Ensure all communications align with company standards and policies.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the call center processes.
  • Maintain a professional and polite demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Required Work Hours

Monday -Friday

8am-5pm



Max Pay: $21 per hour
Min Pay: $21 per hour
