Call Center Operator
The candidate will receive and transfer all incoming calls. Schedule and reschedule appointments for the clinic's providers. Relay information to and from internal and external customers. Must be willing to cross-trained for administrative support positions, such as front desk and registration. Responsibilities included with those positions include signing in individuals for appointments, creating charts using the EMR system, verifying financials, and obtaining signatures for consents.
Program Name: Medical Services Unit
Minimum Requirements: Must have a high school diploma/GED. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior call center experience and/or experience in an office setting.
Days & Time: This position will work 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday. Most programs work from 8am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunchbreak.
Pay: $32,040 per year
