We're seeking a dynamic, energetic Call Center Floor Manager who knows how to keep a sales team motivated, productive, and performing at their best. This critical leadership role will oversee day-to-day outbound call center operations, drive sales performance, and foster an enthusiastic, high-performing team culture.
Your Mission:
• Lead, energize, and manage the outbound sales floor, ensuring representatives are focused, motivated, and consistently meeting or exceeding daily call goals.
• Coach and mentor sales representatives in real-time to improve call quality, enhance sales techniques, and achieve performance metrics.
• Continuously monitor call center KPIs and dashboards, quickly making strategic adjustments to drive productivity and performance improvements.
• Address performance or disciplinary issues immediately, professionally, and effectively to maintain a high-energy, results-oriented environment.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop, refine, and implement effective sales strategies and operational improvements.
• Promote a culture of accountability, positivity, and teamwork to maximize results and employee retention.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven leadership experience managing a high-volume outbound sales call center floor.
• Strong, measurable record of driving call center performance improvements and sales growth.
• Excellent coaching and motivational skills with an ability to energize a sales team.
• Skilled in monitoring real-time call center metrics and rapidly responding to performance gaps.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to maintain composure under pressure.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
