Summary:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-centered candidate to join our Total Support Team (TST) as a remote Part-time Customer Support Specialist (seasonal) and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between TotalBoat and its awesome customers. You will join a collaborative team of other self-motivated individuals, all of whom provide exceptional service while managing customer orders. This is a fun, energetic atmosphere and an opportunity to work with a well-loved brand.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide exceptional customer support
  • Respond to customer questions via inbound phone, chat, and email support tickets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information on order status, product specifications, JD policies, and more
  • Offer technical support for TotalBoat products using our extensive Product Support Knowledge Base
  • Recommend complementary products that support customers' goals and provide a seamless sales experience
  • Document and log issues and performance anomalies
  • Work with other departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Requirements

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Capable of cross-functional communication with other departments.
  • Multitasking: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Computer skills, with familiarity in Google Suite. Knowledge of Epicor Eclipse ERP or similar software is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Bonus if you're familiar with boat repair, woodworking, making, or DIY.
  • Eagerness to learn and improve.
  • Must be able to work on Eastern time.
