Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Calabasas, CA
Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour

About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing Manufacturing company in need of an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team in Calabasas, CA. As part of our customer service team, you will play an essential role in assisting clients and ensuring a seamless communication experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively, ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system
  • Handle a high volume of calls and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Data Entry and order processing

Requirements:

  • Previous call center experience is required (1+ years preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document interactions
  • Must be dependable and punctual

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
