CALL CENTER / CUSTOMER SERVICE (WORK FROM HOME) Remote Position - Immediate Start Available Position Overview

Work From Home Call Center Customer Service Representative needed to handle high-volume customer calls. Provide exceptional service while working remotely with full training and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer service calls professionally
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Process orders, payments, and account changes
  • Provide product information and technical support
  • Meet call handling time and quality metrics
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Follow call center scripts and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet and dedicated quiet workspace
  • Professional phone presence
Technical Requirements
  • Computer with Windows 10/Mac OS
  • High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
  • USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Landline phone connection preferred
  • Backup internet connection recommended
Compensation & Benefits
  • $16-20/hour based on experience

Schedule Options
