24/7 operations- candidates must be willing to work all of the following shifts (weekdays & weekends)
7am- 3:30pm, 3:30pm- 12am, 12am-8:30am
Hybrid 8 days a month, usually Tuesday and Wednesday's

Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems

• Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and/or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed

• Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution.

• Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution

MUST HAVE SKILLS Candidate must be a US citizen - be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance - Center is 24/7 so individual must be able to work all shifts - Preferred Telecommunication Experience

DESIRED SKILLS:
Strong in customer service, appropriate phone manners, ability to think and react to changing situation

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
At minimum a High School diploma, some college preferred
