Job Overview: We are seeking a dependable
Call Center Representative to join our team in Rancho Cordova. This is a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment handling 40-60 calls per day. The ideal candidate has
collections experience or previous
call center experience, and thrives in a customer-focused role that requires professionalism, consistency, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
- Follow scripts and compliance protocols
- Accurately log information into systems during and after calls
- Meet performance metrics including call quality, productivity, and adherence
Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or collections environment
- Ability to handle 40-60 calls per day
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits: - $21/hour (Paid weekly)
- Temp-to-Hire opportunity
- Benefits upon conversion to permanent employment:

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
