The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Document customer interactions in the system accurately

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
