Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.

- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
