In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping resolve inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

• Meet performance metrics, including call quality and response time
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
