Responsibilities - Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues efficiently and courteously
- Document interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure issue resolution
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance and quality targets
Qualifications: Qualifications
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
