In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
• Process customer orders and manage transactions accurately.
• Document call interactions and maintain detailed records of customer information.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
