We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
Key Responsibilities - Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively via telephone.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
- Provide accurate information about billing, account status, and promotions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
