Job Description: Unilux Brand We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. As a vital part of our customer experience, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers through their concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices for improved customer service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations
