Call Center CSR (Healthcare/Claims Processing Background) Location: San Francisco, CA
Hourly Pay: $24-$25/hour (for candidates with previous call center experience)
Job Type: 3-Month Contract
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Representative with a background in healthcare or claims processing to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This role is ideal for individuals who have prior call center experience and are looking for a temporary position.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare or claims processing
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Previous experience in a call center environment
- Background in healthcare or claims processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient PC skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
