Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $44,200 - Midpoint: $55,300 (Salaried E6)

Department/Organization: 301108 - Alumni Calling Center

Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 12:00pm to 9:30pm & Friday 12:00pm to 4:45pm

Job Summary: The Call Center Coordinator is responsible for supervising student callers and staff in their efforts to raise funds and gather data for The University of Alabama.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Skills and Knowledge: Ability to interact well with University students. Drive to be successful. Integrity/sincerity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and database management. Budgetary skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Supervisory experience.
