What You'll Do: - Assist clients primarily through email and text, and phone calls as needed.
- Provide professional, compassionate, and effective communication to ensure clients receive the full benefits of our program.
- Research and resolve client issues promptly and thoroughly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure all concerns are addressed.
- Collaborate with the team while working independently to achieve department goals.
What We're Looking For: - Strong written communication skills to craft professional messages.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude to support clients undergoing personal distress.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to follow-through.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and typing at least 40 WPM.
- Experience in Salesforce is helpful, but not required.
- Openness to learning, asking questions, and accepting feedback.
