We've just launched our brand-new Client Service Call Center, and we're searching for full-time, bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Representatives to help us knock it out of the park.
If you're:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experienced in a high-volume call center environment
- Naturally warm, upbeat, and empathetic (think golden retriever energy in human form)
- A team player who gets how to balance compassion with efficiency then let's talk.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Answering incoming calls with calm confidence, kindness, and accuracy
- Scheduling appointments like a boss using our cloud-based software
- Communicating clearly and compassionately in both English and Spanish
- Sending messages, medical records, and prescription refills to the clinic team
- Solving problems (or finding someone who can) with grace and hustle
- Keeping meticulous records that reflect our high standards of care

What You Bring:
- Required: Bilingual in English & Spanish (written + spoken)
- Required: Prior call center experience (customer service pros only)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced, high-call-volume setting
- Tech-savvy: You can juggle software, phone systems, and EMRs like a pro
- Emotionally intelligent: You stay grounded when callers are stressed or upset
- Excellent communicator-clear, professional, kind
- Able to sit for long periods and wear a headset for extended times
