Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Assistant. This position involves responding to routine telephone inquiries, assisting with customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records using a computer system. The role offers an opportunity for part-time work and has the potential for temp-to-hire conversion after 520 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to routine telephone inquiries regarding the company and its services
• Track calls and enter relevant data into the system
• Follow established procedures and reference materials to answer inquiries
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed, based on supervisor requests
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Basic data entry skills and proficiency with computer systems
