Call Center Agent to join our team in Santa Ana, CA.
About the Role: As a Call Center Agent at Style Netbox, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and customers. You'll handle inquiries, provide product and service information, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - all while supporting our brand's mission of excellence and creativity.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Document all call information according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are properly addressed.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree or higher is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
