Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
