Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join their client's dynamic team in Minnesota. Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Updating customer records in the system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
- Providing feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Managing multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with basic software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, first shift.
