We are seeking an Appointment Manager (AM) to join our team.
THIS IS A WORK-FROM-HOME POSITION.
Selected Applicants will contact existing clients of Financial Advisers to attempt to schedule a meeting to discuss their financial situation. New hires will be educated on best practices for maintaining the Client/Adviser Relationship.

Responsibilities Communicate with current clients of Financial advisers (through Outbound Calling and Email) to :
- Inquire about their level of interest in engaging with the Financial Advisers through a series of scripted qualifying questions.
- Touch base and follow up with all Current Clients
- Schedule reviews of the client's present accounts
- Manage the schedules/appointments of all assigned Financial Advisers
- Most of the people contacted have a long and warm relationship with their Financial Advisor and are awaiting the call.
Please note: You will not be cold calling or attempting to sell anything
AMs must present themselves professionally through all phone and email conversations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a PLUS
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Must pass Criminal Background Check
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Provide a consistent positive attitude & effort
- Have a warm and engaging disposition.
The base pay rate for this position begins $12.50 with an additional $1.50 in incentives
