Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in their decision-making process.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a call center environment or customer service role preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
