Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a
Food Service Worker / Custodian. This role is vital to the day-to-day success of our campus-helping to prepare and serve nutritious meals to students and staff, while also maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept school facility.

ResponsibilitiesFood Service Duties: - Prepare, serve, and clean up breakfast and lunch meals in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and cafeteria areas
- Follow food safety and health regulations
- Receive and store food and supply deliveries
Custodial Duties: - Clean and sanitize classrooms, restrooms, offices, hallways, and other campus areas
- Take out trash, sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform other routine cleaning tasks
- Assist with minor maintenance and report any facility issues
- Support with event setup/cleanup and other custodial duties as assigned
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service and/or custodial work is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Friendly, cooperative, and student-centered attitude
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting as required by Texas law
