This cafeteria cook position will be available immediately. This position is ten months per year, 7.5 hours per day. Approximately 6:30am-2:00pm start/end time and work week may vary based on the need and some Saturdays may be required, which would result in overtime opportunities per the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The salary and benefits are in accordance with the Support Association Collective Bargaining Unit Agreement.

Duties include overseeing all catered and special event operations within the district food service department; menu /recipe development, ordering, prepare, set up/arrange food displays with attractive presentation, general breakdown/clean up, create and maintain all catering/special event paperwork, inventory, assist district cooks as needed and maintain good working relations with staff, students and parents. As the Cafeteria Cook, responsible for the catering events in our district, the report to location may change based on the needs in the district.

Completion of a successful interview is required along with meeting all local standards and requirements.

The hourly rate of pay is $17.37 per hour.
