Job Title: Cabinet & Millwork Sales Representative


Position Overview:

A well-established custom cabinetry and millwork company is seeking an experienced Cabinet & Millwork Sales Representative to drive sales and build lasting relationships with clients. This role involves working with clients to provide high-quality, custom cabinetry and millwork solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction sales, cabinetry, or millwork, with a passion for craftsmanship and design.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, architects, and contractors to generate new business.

  • Conduct client consultations to assess project needs and recommend appropriate cabinetry and millwork solutions.

  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and design options to clients.

  • Work closely with design and production teams to ensure client specifications are met.

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to project completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and competitive offerings to provide expert guidance to clients.

  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand business opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in cabinetry, millwork, construction, or a related industry.

  • Strong knowledge of custom cabinetry, woodworking, or millwork products.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic estimating tools is a plus.

  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
