We are currently seeking a driven and sales-minded Designer to join our growing team. This role will collaborate with customers and provide exceptional design solutions for their building projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in customer service and the desire to learn or grow design skills and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Designing and creating unique, high-quality kitchen and bathroom spaces


  • Assisting customers in selecting appropriate building materials, fixtures, and finishes to ensure their design vision is successfully executed.


  • Overseeing building and remodeling projects from start to finish


  • Creating detailed design plans, including 2D and 3D drawings, using state-of-the-art design software


  • Staying updated on the latest design trends, building codes, and regulations to offer the most cutting-edge and code-compliant designs.


  • Ensuring all design projects are completed within established timelines by managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring each project receives the necessary attention and meets customer expectations.


  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all design projects, including plans, specifications, and correspondence


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and industry standards - required


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - required


  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently - required


  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - required


  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - required


  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences - required


  • Proven experience as a designer in a professional setting - preferred


  • Proficiency in design software such as 20/20 CAD, or similar - preferred


  • A bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field - preferred
